karmajaṃ buddhiyuktā hi phalaṃ tyaktvā manīṣiṇaḥ
janmabandhavinirmuktāḥ padaṃ gacchanty anāmayam
te karmīṃ tarī vartatī |
parī karmaphaḷā nātaḷatī |
āṇi yātāyātī lopatī |
arjunā tayāṃ ||
Though they abide in actions, / they are not touched by the fruits of action; / and their comings and goings cease, / O Arjuna.
