gomaṭeṃ kāṃhīṃ pāve |
tarī saṃtoṣeṃ teṇeṃ nābhibhave |
jo okhaṭeni nāgave |
viṣādāsī ||

if he meets with something good, / he is not overcome by delight; / if he encounters something evil, / he does not fall into dejection;
