tūṃ guru baṃdhu pitā |
tūṃ āmaci iṣṭa devatā |
tūṃci sadā rakṣitā |
āpadīṃ āmuteṃ ||
You are our guru, brother, and father; / You are our chosen deity; / You alone are always our protector / in calamity.
