dekheṃ śavācyā hātīṃ didhaleṃ |
jaiseṃ kāṃ ratna vāyāṃ geleṃ |
nātarī jātyaṃdhā pāhaleṃ |
pramāṇa nohe ||

Look: like a jewel placed in the hand of a corpse, / which has gone to waste, / or the break of dawn to one born blind, / which holds no validity;
