maga to na sāṃvare jaisā udhavalā |
taisā iṃdriyāṃ laḷā didhalā |
bhalā nohe ||
Look, if fire is kindled while playing, / and then blazes up, it cannot be restrained; / likewise, indulging the senses / brings no good.
