taise abhilāśeṃ yeṇeṃ kījela |
jarī viṣayāṃcī āśā dharijela |
tarī varapadā hoījela |
krodhānaḷā ||
Likewise, if one acts out of this craving / and harbors desire for sense-objects, / one will then fall into the clutches / of the fire of anger.
