Jñāneśvarī (commentary on the Bhagavadgītā) 3.46

3.46

kāṃ prāptakarma sāṃḍije |
yetuleni niṣkarmyā hoīje |
heṃ arjunā vāyāṃ bolije |
mūrkhapaṇeṃ ||

Or [to think that] if one abandons actions that have fallen to one's lot, / by that much one becomes actionless— / this, O Arjuna, is spoken in vain / out of foolishness.
