tayāṃ karmatyāgu na ghaḍe |
jeṃ kartavya manīṃ sāṃpade |
varī naṭatī teṃ phuḍeṃ |
daridra jāṇa ||
such people do not attain renunciation of action, / for duty continues to exist in their minds; / know clearly that their outward pretence / is mere wretchedness.
