jaiṃ ajñānāceṃ gaḍada paḍe |
taiṃ hā bahuvasa manīṃ vāḍhe |
mhaṇoni sarvathā māgu moḍe |
viśvāsācā ||
When the darkness of ignorance falls, / then this [doubt] grows exceedingly in the mind; / hence it destroys all / track of faith.
