taisā manācā māru na karitāṃ |
āṇi iṃdriyāṃ duḥkha na detāṃ |
etha mokṣu ase āyatā |
śravaṇācimājī ||
Similarly, without mortifying the mind / and without tormenting the senses, / liberation here is readily at hand / in the very act of listening.
