tūṃ anusaṃgācā ṭhāvo |
ātāṃ tuja kāya vaṃcūṃ jāvoṃ |
jarī saṃgrāmārūḍha āhoṃ |
jāhaloṃ āmhī ||

You are the dwelling-place of intimate fellowship. / Now why should I deceive you, / even though we have entered the field of battle?
