je gaṃgā voḷalī amṛtācī |
ho kāṃ japatapeṃ śrotayāṃcīṃ |
phaḷā ālī ||
How extraordinary is good fortune, / that a Gaṅgā of nectar has flowed down! / Indeed, have the prayers and penances of the listeners / borne fruit!
