sāṃḍūni kathāci te sāṃgeṃ |
je kṛṣṇārjunu doghe |
bolata hote ||
Leaving aside this excessive elaboration / born of an excess of emotion, I shall tell that very story / which the two, / Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna, were speaking.
