śaknotīhaiva yaḥ soḍhuṃ prāk śarīravimokṣaṇāt
kāmakrodhodbhavaṃ vegaṃ sa yuktaḥ sa sukhī naraḥ
jñāniyāṃcyā hana ṭhāyīṃ |
yāṃcī mātuhī kīra nāhīṃ |
dehīṃ dehabhāvo jihīṃ |
svavaśa kele ||

Truly, among the knowers of truth / there is not even a mention of these things— / those who, while in the body, / have brought bodily consciousness under their control.
