sparśān kṛtvā bahir bāhyāṃś cakṣuś caivāntare bhruvoḥ
prāṇāpānau samau kṛtvā nāsābhyantaracāriṇau
tarī vairāgyāceni ādhāreṃ |
jihīṃ viṣaya davaḍūni bāhireṃ |
śarīrīṃ ekaṃdareṃ |
keleṃ mana ||

With the support of dispassion, / having driven the sense-objects outside, / they concentrated the mind / wholly within the body.
