6.378

śanaiḥ śanair uparamed buddhyā dhṛtigṛhītayā
ātmasaṃsthaṃ manaḥ kṛtvā na kiṃ cid api cintayet
buddhī dhairyā hoya vasauṭā |
tarī manāteṃ anubhavāciyā vāṭā |
haḷu haḷu arī pratiṣṭhā |
ātmabhuvanīṃ ||

When fortitude becomes the resting place for the intellect,
then along the paths of direct experience,
one should slowly, O enemy, establish the mind
in the abode of the Self.
