pari yamaniyamāṃciyā vāṭā na vacije |
kahīṃ vairāgyācī se na karije |
kevaḷa viṣayajaḷīṃ ṭhākije |
buḍī deunī ||

If one does not tread the paths of yama and niyama, pays no heed at all to dispassion, and only remains submerged by diving into the waters of sense objects;
