gṛhasthāśramāce ojheṃ |
kapāḷīṃ ādhīṃci āhe sahajeṃ |
kīm teṃci saṃnyāsasavā ṭhevije |
sariseṃ puḍhatī ||
The burden of the householder’s stage of life / is already naturally on one’s head; / why then should one place the burden of saṃnyāsa / right on top of it alongside?
