aisā pavanāceni pāṭhāreṃ |
yetāṃ dhāraṇeceni paisāreṃ |
kramī dhyānāceṃ cavareṃ |
sāṃḍe taṃva ||
Thus, ascending along the plateau of the breath / into the expansive plain of concentration, / traverse it until the platform of meditation / is left behind.
