erhavīṃ kośakīṭakāciyā parī |
to āpaṇapayā āpaṇa vairī |
jo ātmabuddhi śarīrīṃ |
cārusthaḷīṃ ||

Otherwise, like a silkworm, / one becomes one’s own enemy / if one identifies the Self / with the mere body.
