teuparatīcāṃ vāṃvīṃ selata |
sohaṃbhāvāceni thāveṃ pelata |
maga nighāle anakaḷita |
nivṛttitaṭīṃ ||

striking out with the arm-strokes of renunciation, / pushing forward with the strength of the feeling 'I am That', / they then emerged effortlessly / on the shore of Nivṛtti;
