Jñāneśvarī (commentary on the Bhagavadgītā) 9.142

9.142

nātarī jvareṃ viṭāḷaleṃ mukha |
teṃ dudhāteṃ mhaṇe kaḍū vikha |
teviṃ amānuṣā mānuṣa |
mānāla māteṃ ||

Or when the mouth is corrupted by fever, / it calls milk a bitter poison; / in the same way, you will regard me, who am beyond man, / as merely human.
