maga tihīṃ jeṃ jeṃ karāveṃ |
teṃ majaci paḍileṃ āghaveṃ |
jaiśī ajātapakṣāṃceni jīveṃ |
pakṣiṇī jiye ||

Then whatever they ought to do / falls entirely upon me, / just as a mother bird lives / for the life of her featherless fledglings.
