Jñāneśvarī (commentary on the Bhagavadgītā) 9.44

9.44

kāṃ cāṃcūceni ṣāṃḍaseṃ |
khāṃḍije paya pāṇī rājahaṃseṃ |
tuja jñāna vijñāna taiseṃ |
vāṃṭūni deūṃ ||

or as milk and water are divided
by the pincer of the royal swan's beak,
in that very way I shall distinguish
and give you knowledge and experiential discernment.
