If you set out to reform, you can reform crores of universes;
is it hard for you to reform my mind? To remove the misery
of karma that shows affliction, grant me one word of assurance,
you who gave one half to Kuḻalvāymoḻi alone, O Kuṟṟālattuṟaipavanē!
