vēṟṟoli veṇṭuṟai.
If one seeks the destination of those who worship the feet of the Great Lord, the vast ocean of grace, / the Lord of Aruṇai with resounding anklets, who wears the river in his red matted locks, who shares the Woman’s half:
it is not the celestial world of the deathless gods, / but that flower of feet extolled by the Brahmins of the four Vedas filled with meaning.
