"O Lord of Mount Tirikūṭa, adept in speech! Do not forget the words you have spoken! / Reflect and see whether reproach has come to rest upon our brother or upon you: / Kṛṣṇa consumed boiled milk, while you partook of a hunter’s spittle—is this mercy? / While he was struck by a cowherdess’s hand, you, O Lord, were struck by the hand of a eunuch!"
