وزرنا قبر الصالح المذكور وهو في قبة لم نجد سبيلا إلى دخولها لكثرة الزحام وفي تلك الوجهة دخلنا غيضة قصب فخرج علينا منها الكركدن، فقتل، وأتى الناس برأسه، وهو دون الفيل، ورأسه أكبر من رأس الفيل بأضعاف وقد ذكرناه.

We visited the tomb of the saint mentioned; it is in a domed building which we could find no way to enter because of the dense crowd. On that journey we entered a thicket of reeds, and a rhinoceros came out at us from it. It was killed, and people brought its head. It is smaller than the elephant, but its head is many times larger than the elephant's head; we have already described it.
