May God Almighty keep the pavilion of majesty of this empire equal in altitude to the apex of Saturn,
and make the carpet of the throne of his royal majesty and fortune out of the face of the moon and the crown of the Pole Star,
and make his auspicious court the focus of the needs of the kings of the age, and make his holy threshold
the Kaʿba of the eminent and illustrious men of the era, and may He keep the meadow of his leek-green sword
ever a bed of tulips from the blood of the foes of the empire, for the sake of the Prophet Muḥammad and his pure family!
