Scene 7.—A palace-amusement scene showing a lady and jester (उत्तरीयाकर्षण Fig. 95). Sundari is seated on a vetrāsana with right leg placed on a foot-stool. In front of her stands a jester wearing a quaint skull-cap marked with a front knot or plume. From his shoulder hangs a scarf. The lady is pulling the scarf which the jester is holding against her. A female attendant is standing at the back. All the three figures are looking mirthful.
