On the north end of the architraves are scenes of Gaja-Lakshmī, Stūpa worship and Bodhi Tree worship, and the usual capital of addorsed animals. The capital above the pillar consits of standing *Kumbhāṇḍa* or *Kichaka* dwarfs with hands raised aloft, a motif which is mentioned in the Sabhāparva as *Kiṅkara*, *Guhyaka* or *Antarikshachara Rākshasa*.
