Bālagopāla Stuti. It is the work of Līlāsuka or Bilvamaṅgala, the well-known Vaishṇava saint, sometimes styled as Jayadeva of the South, who came from Tirunavay in British Malabar. He lived sometimes between 1250 to 1350 A.D., and his work seems to have gained popularity in Gujarāt by the end of the 14th century, so that in the following centuries there must have risen a demand for the illustrated versions of his poems as is proved by the illustrated manuscripts of the Bālagopāla Stuti.
