Rādhā's *prasādhikā* (toilet): Kāngṛā, early 19th century. Collection of the author. Size of original 5¾ × 8¾ inches. Reproductions: *Visvakarmā*, 85. The subject of Rādhā's toilet is a favourite one with Kāngṛā painters, and appears to belong to the Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa cycle, although Kṛṣṇa is not present. Compare Plate LII.A. Similar compositions are fairly common. The dressing of the hair, the looking-glass, and the presence of musicians are constant features.
