The ceiling of the *maṇḍapa* is particularly fine, it being most elaborately chiselled. It is almost hemispherical, and rises in the usual manner by concentric rings of cusped mouldings to the central pendant. The ceiling of the porch is also good. There are eight dancing bracket figures in the former, and there were six in the latter but two have disappeared.
