The entrance 2 has got well designed gateway (Fig. 24); upto a distance of 3 m the fort walls on the both sides are thick and from this point there is an oblique flight of steps leading to the main entrance of the fort, No. 3. The main entrance is worthy of note, has a narrow way leading to a wider passage, having guard room on both sides. It is particularly noteworthy that the facade of the guard room is not in alignment with the walls of the closed passage in the front.
