Later, when again the place was made the Head Quarters of Muslim chieftain (Mishra Nandan, (Ed), 1966, Re-print,P.147) during the period of Mohammad Bin Tughaluk, and later during the time of the Moghul emperor Aurangzeb¹, the fort was renovated.
