In the space between the II and III fortification walls are important buildings for Kshatriyas, ministers, armies, physicians, markets etc. and between the III and IV fortification walls are traders artisans etc. and guards-men are at the entrances, and on the inner side of the outermost fortification wall are barracks for soldiers.
