The main entrance is from the east; and the two blocks in the interior flanking the main central road should be of burial grounds, they in turn are flanked by stables of cows and horses and the settlements of the people of low castes. The place at the centre is meant for temples; and the Citadel for the royal family etc. is to be located in the north-west block abutting the central area.
