v2.c12.168
The mouse, the Vāhana of Gaṇeśa, is carved from a rectangular block of which the pedestal is the lower portion. Mūsaka rests paw and face on a heap of Laḍḍu, ball shaped sweets, in a bowl; the mouse watches over the sweets, which pleases its invisible rider.
