[55] “And this edict shall be read aloud in the course of the month of Bhātun [Bhādun ?] [when the moon is] in the *nakhatra* [or lunar mansion of] Tisa :—and, as most desirable, also it shall be repeatedly read aloud in the last month of the year, in the lunar mansion Tisa, "even if one person be present; thus to the end of time to afford instruction to the congregation of the tupha."⁶⁹
