Of especial interest are the rolling-pins of pottery or stone, expressly made for the little flat wafer-cakes that are even now so popular in India. There are pottery net-weights which are ring-shaped, very much like a small bracelet; similar rings have been found by Dr. Frankfort at Tell Asmar with the remains of a fishing-net still adhering to them. In date, the Mesopotamian net-weights are contemporary with those unearthed in the Indus valley.
