**1.5.a** ***neṭu(m)-*** **2.5.a** ***neṭi(m)-*** (adj.) 'senior'. Cf. *neṭumai* 'greatness' (D. 3738). The attribute is prefixed to distinguish the senior members of a family (father or elder brother) from the junior members with the same name. See section 4.18.4.
