(4) In the Bāṇa principality, which was sometimes on the border of the Rāshṭrakūṭa empire and sometimes included in it, the revenue of the village Viprapītha, which is the same as modern Guddimalam in Kalahasti Zemindari in Arcot and Nelore districts, was 10 *kalanjus* of gold and 500 *kādis* of paddy.¹⁹
