25. Jayavardhana is called परमेश्वरमहाराजाधिराजसकलविन्ध्याधिपतिः। in the Ragholi plates; he may, therefore, well have been the same as the S'abara chief, Prithvīyāghra, who attempted to perform an As'vamedha according to the Udayendiram plates. With reference to Nandivarman he was a northerner.
