The date of the death of Kṛṣṇa I is not known, but it must have taken place some time between the 23rd of June 772 A.D., when the Talegaon plates were issued and October 775 A.D., when the Pimperi plates (48) were issued by his son Dhruva, which do not refer to Kṛṣṇa I as living or ruling.
