In the Jagannātha temple inscription on the right side of the Jaya-Vijaya gate Govinda Vidyādhara uses the high-sounding titles of the Sūrya Vamśa dynasty, e.g., *Gajapati, Gauḍeśvara, Nava-koṭi-Karṇāṭa-Kalavarageśvara* and *Māna-Govinda, Vīravarapratāpa* and *Pratāpadeva-Mahārāja*. The object of the record is a proclamation like those of Kapilendra. It runs thus :
