In a later inscription engraved in smaller characters below this, Vâsishṭhîputra Śrî Puḷumavi, the lord of Navanara, issues orders to his lieutenant in Govardhana, Sarvâkshadalana He calls his attention to the fact that the village granted by the "lord of Dhanakaṭa"¹³ (Gotamîputra) in accordance with the above, was not liked by the Bhadrâyanîyas, and therefore assigns another to them by this charter
