"On this day the 15th Sudi of Vaisâkha, in the year Samvat 1288, in the Camp of Victory, [a treaty] between the paramount king of kings, the prosperous Simhana and the Mahâmandalesvara Rânaka, the prosperous Lâvanyaprasâda. Simhana whose patrimony is paramount sovereignty, and the Mahâmandaleśvara Râṇâ the prosperous Lâvanyaprasâda should according to former usage confine themselves, each to his own country, neither should invade the country of the other."
