v4.c16.69
In the name of Him who gave to us the empire,
Who endowed us with a wise heart and a strong arm,
Who guided us in the path of equity and justice,
Putting away from our heart aught but equity—
His attributes transcend man's understanding,
Exalted be His majesty! God is most great!
