Kol. Ibni Khurdâdbah (A.D. 912) has Kol seventy-two miles (18 farsakhs) from Sanjân in Kachh.³ And the Tâj-ni-Mââsir relates how in A.D. 1194 Kutbuddin advanced to Kol and took the fort.
